Q.When is the best time to trim trees?
A. It is always a good idea to correct any hazardous limbs or remove any deadwood no matter what time of year it may be. Under normal circumstances the best time to trim your trees is November – February. Sap is at is lowest point during these months and in turn there will be less of a risk for infestation.
There are a couple of myths about using a crane:
- Myth 1- The use of a crane will drive up the costs of having a tree removed. Since we own all of our equipment we can keep our costs low. Therefore, we don’t have to pass any rental or subcontracting costs on to our customers.
- Myth 2 - The use of a crane on my property could damage the turf. Actually we take every precaution when setting up to prevent turf damage. The use of a crane is the best way to minimize damage to your property during the removal process.
